Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% downpayment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.

Damage Deposit

A €1000 damage deposit will be charged 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after the check-out, provided no damage to the property occurs.

Age groups 18+ are allowed to occupy the premises.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
This is a no smoking property.
Pets are not allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the check-in and check out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
The Damage deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 7 days of the check out date, provided no deductions are made due to:
- Damage caused to the property or furnishings
- Damaged linen and towels at the time of check out.
- Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
- Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
- Any other cost incurred by homeowner due to guest’s stay.
‘’ Guests should allow BeCyprus contractors, including the pool and garden maintenance teams to do the necessary upkeeping when needed, during the period of their stay’’.
